The names of invited guests will be checked upon arrival on the confirmation list, and unconfirmed guests will not be able to enter the premises of the room in which the conference is to be held.

Please note that there are no available parking places in front of the Hotel. Should you need any special assistance please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
